It is held every two years. This conference will jointly discuss the opportunities, challenges, and future development directions faced by the utilization of CO2 resources, comprehensively showcase the latest research progress in the multidisciplinary field of carbon dioxide chemistry in China, promote the development of the discipline, and contribute to the achievement of carbon neutrality goals.

This conference will focus on the conference theme and adopt various methods such as conference reports, theme reports, invitation reports, oral reports, and poster displays to exchange results. The conference has established the Youth Forum Award and the Excellent Poster Award. The conference will set up multiple themed sub venues, including carbon dioxide capture and separation, carbon dioxide thermal catalytic conversion, carbon dioxide electrocatalytic conversion, carbon dioxide photocatalytic conversion, and carbon dioxide computational chemistry. During the conference, relevant instruments and product exhibitions will also be arranged.
