Published in 《National public service platform for standards information》， Beijing China Education Au-light Technology Co., Ltd（北京中教金源科技有限公司） as one of the main drafting units. Mr Chunshui Cai （蔡春水）and Mr Xinwei Wang（王新伟）are the two key members.The standard will be implemented in July.
